Directions:

For adults, mix approximately 1 scoop (3.53 g) of Organic Inulin Powder with 12 ounces of water or your favorite beverage one to three times daily, preferably with meals. Begin with one scoop daily and gradually increase dosage. Stir and drink at once.

If any adverse reactions occur, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. May cause mild, transient gastrointestinal discomfort.
